Just when Frank Valken has pulled off his last bank heist before settling down with his wife and daughter, a gang of killers steps in and assassinates every witness in the parking lot. Among them is Criminal Judge Veronique Pirotte, there to meet an anonymous informant in hopes of finally solving the "Mad Killers" murders, the thirty years cold case she had just reopened. Valken is arrested and interrogated, but denies any connection to the coldblooded killings. His only choice: escape and prove his innocence…
